Fare Estimate

Each fare starts off at a base rate and then is calculated according to driver availability, location, time in the vehicle, and distance. Different things can affect the rate such as but not limited to time of day, day of the week, weather conditions, special events, and driver availability. For prescheduled rides, you are only provided a rough estimate of a deposit that would be precharged as many factors on the day of can affect the rate.

Pets & Service Animals

If you are traveling with a pet, please place your order via phone and tell the agent that you will be riding with a furry friend. Please note that small pets need to be in a carrier and/or on a leash. Service animals on a leash are always permitted to ride with the passenger.

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available at a small extra charge. However, due to the limited number of wheelchair-accessible vehicles that we have reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Given the high demand for these vehicles, it can be challenging at times to get one reserved, so we really appreciate your patience. Better yet reserve your ride in advance to guarantee pick up.

Child Car Seats

We do not provide car seats in our vehicles. Parents are responsible for providing the correct child passenger restraint system for their children. Children under age 5 and under 36” must be properly secured in a child restraint system.  All other children age 5 to 16 or over 36″ must be secured in a properly fitted seat belt.

Effective January 1, 2017, children under age 2, and under 40 lbs. or under 40”, must be properly secured in a rear-facing child restraint system. Children under age 5 must be restrained in a child passenger restraint system in the rear seat.

California law specifically requires children to be properly restrained, meaning the lap belt is low on the hips, touching the upper thighs, and the shoulder belt crosses the center of the chest.

Children in rear-facing car seats may not ride in front if there is an active passenger airbag. Violation of the child passenger safety law is a standard offense.

If you do not have a car seat we can help you purchase one and have it delivered to your location.
